Andromeda is a Daughter of the Stars! This is the first doll on which I attempted a "mirco-braid" type hairstyle. Some people re-root with pre-braided hair, but I created this hairstyle the old-fashioned way - by braiding each braid by hand! Afterwards, I sewed beads in the braids (at least 3 per braid). I'm pretty pleased with the results. The dress contains some new beading styles for me. I like the effect of the beaded strands at the waist - I'm sure I'll be using this technique again. HOME |
