TONAN
Tonan is the Aztec Goddess
of Winter Solstice. She's considered to be one of the incarnations
of the earth mother. Her celebration includes a day of dancing and
feasting on favored foods - especially a stew made of corn and human flesh.
Okay, so she's a little demanding, but I still like her. Because
she's supposed to be "rustic", I gave her little embelishment. Her
hair is done in a braid perm, and she sports no jewelry. The bottom
of her fur-trimmed cape has hand stitching done in gold and brown.
Her only adronment is the elaborate tattoo on her leg. Tonan is ready
to be worshipped!
